A satellite baseline dated 31 Dec 2020 with result "clear" sets the compartment's 2020 land cover to non-forest automatically and, when a file or source URL is given, files it as the "Land cover baseline" document for the selected compartments. Leases and other compartment documents go in under the Documents tab with "Compartments".

Verification requires FSC group membership and at least one mapped parcel for the supplier (import their parcels on the Compartments page with owner = supplier; coming with the supplier parcel import). Batches received before verification stay non-EU.
Declare the origin of existing stock
For product already on hand when the system started. The mill or estate manager declares which compartments and harvest window it came from; the system creates the harvest, log batch and run records so the lot traces like any other, and keeps the signed declaration.
